The Company Investman Rus Ltd. offers the new comfortable townhouses for your holiday or residence over a longtime period in Bulgaria. The townhouses are located in the beautiful residential suburb of Varna.
This housing estate consists of four three-storyed townhouses. The total area of each townhouse is 160 sq.metres. There are fireplaces, air-conditioners, refrigerators, kitchen-ranges, washing machines, ware, satellite TV, high-speed cable Internet and cityphones in each townhouse.
Also we can offer you a nice swimming-pool here with the recreational area and a parking for four cars outdoors.
The housing estate is located beside the International Spa-Resort 'Saint Konstantin and Helena' with unique mineral springs, fine sandy beaches and salubrious maritime air. When you're on a summer holiday and would like to amuse yourself, you also can see the ethnographic exotic show 'Dancing on the red-hot carbons'.
